With 15 years of transforming financial operations for venture-backed companies, he's the fractional CFO who sees beyond the numbers to unlock growth potential.

Michael's journey began in private equity tax consulting at Deloitte where he learned that every number tells a story. His progression through operational finance roles – from Deloitte to revenue operations at Meta – taught him that great CFOs don't just manage finances, they drive strategy. This philosophy led him to become a founding team member at an early stage SaaS startup, where he helped raise $7M in early stage capital, building the company's financial foundation from the ground up.
