After 20+ years managing enterprise systems at webMethods (IBM) and SAP, I discovered a fundamental truth: technology buzzwords fade, but successful transformation requires three human elements:

Too many professionals get lost chasing AI buzzwords without understanding how to integrate these tools into their actual workflows. I bridge that gap by teaching the strategic thinking (using coding agents) behind the technology—not just the features.
