  • Spent 17 years at Walmart.com. Led merchant teams as DMM for 10 years prior to starting up Walmart's advertising business (now Walmart Connect).
    • Created the advertising strategy & roadmap which I presented to Walmart's board of directors on several occasions for executive level support 
    • As the head of Walmart's advertising business, I grew the business to $500M in 6 years representing the largest profit line on Walmart.com's P&L.  
    • Managed a external agency team of 120 people in addition to a team of 20 internal 
  • Spent 7 years at Criteo where I was brought in to help start their retail media division
    • As Vice President, I led strategic partnerships with brands, agencies & retailers
    • As Vice President of media sales, I led a team of 30 sellers to deliver 200%+ growth in 2 years
    • As SVP of New Business, I secured major clients including Lowes, Uber, Albertsons and Nordstrom, contributing to 60%+ revenue growth. All in we delivered 15 new retailer clients. 
  • Most recently was the CRO at Bridg (a division of Cardlytics)
    • Drove 30% growth in new revenue through strategic partnerships with top retailers like TJX, Academy Sports, and Kwik Trip.
    • Launched Rippl, a successful regional grocery & convenience store retail media platform, expanding our market reach.
    • Increased 1P customer profile count by 300% through key partnerships with regional grocers, such as Wegmans, Giant Eagle, and Lowes Foods.
