With a background in startups, blockchain infrastructure, and freelance innovation, he has led end-to-end product development across streaming, travel, and compliance tools—blending design, code, and storytelling to help companies launch fast and scale with purpose.

His recent work includes crafting a data-driven SMB acquisition pipeline and delivering hands-on engineering support across multiple high-stakes client engagements.
Previously, as a founding engineer at Smartrip.ai, he led a product transformation from form-based to conversational UX, integrating generative AI and deploying over 10 impactful features in record time. Luke’s freelance portfolio includes projects spanning Tesla protection services, healthcare accessibility, government compliance tooling, and productivity SaaS—many of which reached critical user milestones or launched in real-world environments like the Google Play Store.
Luke began his engineering journey at Identity.com, contributing to decentralized systems and protocols under the mentorship of a CTO and PM. His efforts culminated in launching Gateway v2 Protocol, a semi-trustless, Rust-powered authentication layer enhanced by rigorous test coverage and whitepaper contributions.
From his leadership role during military service in South Korea’s National Police to winning multiple hackathons for social impact and education tech, Luke blends discipline with creativity. He’s passionate about building for human connection—where every line of code, design system, or product decision serves a meaningful story.
