Phillip Oaks is a veteran of e-commerce giants, startups and a master of scaling businesses. With a career spanning over 30 years, Phillip played pivotal roles at Amazon.com and Walmart.com during their explosive growth phases. At Amazon, he spearheaded the launch of key categories that transformed the company into "The Everything Store," including being promoted to Category Leader for the strategically crucial Health and Personal Care Store and Amazon Fresh launches. Later, at Walmart.com, he managed a multi billion-dollar P&L and led a team of over 350 employees across multiple locations. His expertise in strategic launches, P&L management, and navigating high-growth environments has been instrumental in shaping the digital retail landscape.

Driven by a passion for helping businesses scale and achieve their full potential, Phillip co-founded StrategyPlus. He recognized the need for a talent agency that could offer unparalleled talent more efficiently.
