I founded Smart Talent AI to bring together my two decades of experience in recruitment, government service, and technology into one mission: helping organizations build the teams they need to innovate with AI.

My career began in the U.S. Government, where I served as a cyber analyst. That experience taught me the importance of precision, compliance, and building systems that can withstand scrutiny. From there, I transitioned into global recruitment, managing teams and placing experts on U.S. Government–funded projects around the world. I’ve supported programs across sectors including international development, cybersecurity, technology modernization, and workforce planning—matching high-caliber professionals to complex assignments in challenging environments.

Over the years, I’ve worked with startups, city governments, and international development organizations, always with a focus on aligning technical expertise with strategic goals. I’ve built a strong track record of identifying niche talent—AI engineers, data scientists, compliance specialists, and consultants—who can not only deliver technically but also integrate seamlessly into diverse teams and cultures.
