Most recently I served as COO at Entanglement Inc., where I oversaw Finance, Operations, HR/Recruiting, and managed strategic partnership and business relationships, for Entanglement and its subsidiary companies.  Entanglement Inc. is an advanced computing and AI incubator that creates start-up companies leveraging its core intellectual property across various industries. This role built on my previous experience with the Invention Science Funds at Intellectual Ventures, where I was responsible for commercializing  IP and inventions in the Health and Physics portfolios. My responsibilities included deciding whether to form a start-up, license or sell the technology; developing initial business strategies, recruiting leadership, raising capital, and launching new companies. At IV, I also collaborated with a physician-scientist in founding B Cell engineering company, and ran Investor Relations for multiple funds.
