I spent a decade at Amazon in leadership roles, driving large-scale e-commerce and licensing initiatives. As a Senior Vendor Manager in Toys & Entertainment, I led Amazon’s Studio Management initiative, developing a three-year Disney consumer products strategy and achieving 245% YoY growth in key categories. I built direct relationships with major licensors and licensees—including Moonbug, Warner Bros, and Netflix—and secured $20M in annual ad revenue through strategic marketing collaborations. I also owned Amazon’s licensed apparel business across 1P retail, private brands, and print-on-demand, working with Fortune 500 brands to create unique customer experiences and cross-category promotions.
Earlier, as a BDM, I launched and scaled the Merch by Amazon’s licensing business, growing it to $500M+ in revenue while managing partnerships with 50+ major entertainment, music, and sports brands, including Disney’s & Netflix apparel licensing.
